Studio SVS: Print workshop with Maja Poljanc
Maja Poljanc is an illustrator with an original style, which is characterized by the frequent capture of elements of scientific illustration and the introduction of ornaments from Slovenian cultural heritage. In the SVS Studio, she will create print using the etching technique.
The disused boiler room, converted into a print studio, is located in the basement of one of the three famous Dukič blocks (1935) in the centre of Ljubljana.
Since 2019, the basement studio has been the headquarters of the art group Sreda V Sredo (Žiga Artnak, Urban Cerjak and Matic Flajs), which produces artworks, mainly intaglio prints, there every Friday.
